Concrete Manager for the Construction Division at Sund & Bælt Are you passionate about working on large infrastructure projects where your expertise in concrete can make a real difference? The Position As a Concrete Manager in the Construction Division, you will play a key role and be an important partner for our infrastructure projects in both planning, design and execution phases in Sund & Bælt. You will collaborate closely with both internal and external experts, and other departments like digital, sustainability- and environment. Responsibilities In the role as Concrete Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining requirements for concrete materials and execution for current and upcoming projects Coordinate requirements with relevant stakeholders and departments Support design and construction management through audits, reviews, witnessing on construction sites and expert advice Lead and develop cooperation with external experts and laboratories Initiate and participate in research and development projects, including S&B’s exposure site for concrete and our AI concrete knowledge agent Support sustainability and asset management teams with state-of-the-art knowledge in concrete technology You will have a high degree of freedom to shape the role and areas of responsibility, aligned with your strengths and key interests. Your Background Minimum 10 years of experience in Factory Production Control of concrete, including testing procedures Experience with design and execution processes in large-scale infrastructure projects Solid knowledge of mix design, quality, and certification systems Master’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken You as a Person You are systematic, quality-focused, collaborative with partners, and able to work independently.
