About the job

Liftra seeks an experienced Purchasing Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment while maintaining a structured and organized approach.

Your main task will be Purchase of parts on projects and coordinate with suppliers and internal warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.

Your primary tasks

As Purchasing Coordinator your primary tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and coordinate purchases on projects.
• Collect and negotiate offers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage and coordinate components before and after assembly.
• Support procurement by searching for new potential suppliers.
• Contribute to the further development of the purchasing processes.

About you

Academy Profession (AP) degree in economics, logistics, or value chain management. Alternatively, relevant experience from similar positions for more than three years can be admissible.

• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
