Engineering Lead - CIP Systems (Pharma)

On behalf of a leading global pharmaceutical company, HH Consult is looking for 1 Engineering Lead to take responsibility for the Cleaning Package (CIP systems) on Production Line 2 as part of the API expansion project.

Location: Hillerød, DenmarkStart: As soon as possibleDuration: 12 monthsWorking hours: 37 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Work Package Cleaning & Sterilisation for Production Line 2 from design to operational handover
• Provide technical leadership on complex CIP systems, including PID controls, frequency converters, and hydraulic balancing
• Drive and oversee commissioning and qualification of CIP equipment and processes (CQV)
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering activities, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met
• Serve as interface between project management, engineering disciplines, and stakeholders on CIP matters
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CIP technical issues

Your Profile

• A relevant academic degree or a technical background with strong hands-on experience
• Proven experience as Engineering Lead on complex CIP system projects in pharma manufacturing
• Solid background in greenfield or brownfield environments
• Proficiency in DeltaV control systems
• Strong CQV expertise within cleaning and sterilisation processes
• Excellent problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Ability to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams
• Familiarity with FDA and EU GMP regulations
• Fluent in English
