Experienced “Cable installer” to work on customer projects

The role

 As a Cable Worker/installer, you will be working as part of a team to ensure that the job is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your role involves ensuring the proper routing and fastening of cables based on cable routing diagrams and cable lists. Also, you should be able to do minor termination work and proper cable dressing.

Quality and safety in work is of utmost importance.

 The work is to be performed in Denmark with a project duration of approx. 6-9 months.

The person

 You must be able to read and work based on cable and installation documentation and local instructions and working proactively to improve productivity without compromising quality and said standards.

You should also be able to work in a busy environment as required by customer.

 Valid driver's license is a huge advantage.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

•  Minimum 5 years working as trained/certified (industrial) electrician.

• Work planning based on electrical documentation packages.

• Min. 5 years of expereince with cable routing activities.

• Work under minimal supervision and having good communication skills (min. B2 level in speaking, understanding and writing)

• Documented experience in working in more cultural environments.

• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION

• Ability and experience to work independently as well as under given instructions.

• Able to work as a team player, performing to a high standards.

• Experience with power tools and equipment operation.

• Physical stamina and endurance to perform demanding tasks.

• Strong attention to details and safety.

• Workers are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• The candidate must be flexible, moving into another project as work demands

• Valid driver's license and experience in reading drawings and specifications

• Proof of right to work in Denmark

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience on large building/construction sites within utilities, construction, pharma or energy .

• Candidates must be fully proficient in reading electrical schematics, cable routing diagrams etc as well as following and understanding specific work instructions.

• More years of experience with cable pulling (LV cables, fiber cables, multicore signal cables etc.)

• Candidates would need to be able to demonstrate their skills and abilities prior to onboarding.

•  Also be prepared to work to tight deadlines and show willingness to adapt to changes in operation process requirements.
