About the Department
As a Senior Developer, you will join the CEPOS Clearing Team, which consists of six highly skilled professionals: four Development Engineers (including one Tech Lead) and two QA Engineers. The CEPOS Clearing Team is a key part of the Clearing Engineering department, responsible for supporting external clearing schemes, ensuring 24/7 connectivity, and managing high-throughput payment processing. The team also develops and maintains the critical infrastructure necessary for secure and continuous payment processing.

About the Position
Banking Circle is looking for a talented Senior Developer to join their CEPOS Clearing Team. You will be part of a small team focused on high-value deliveries that are central to the bank’s strategy. As a Senior Developer, you will be involved in analyzing and refining the requirements for proposed features, collaborating closely with your team, and ultimately developing solutions that meet these requirements. The role primarily involves integration with external clearing schemes, ensuring 24/7 connectivity and high-throughput processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs and back-end solutions in C# on Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL Database, Service Bus, Storage Accounts, KeyVault, etc.).
• Apply good engineering practices with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Take technical responsibility for complex feature implementations.
• Critically assess current solutions and contribute ideas for continuous platform improvement.
• Support and contribute to the enhancement of ways of working, fostering a collaborative work environment within the team.
