Senior Software Engineer — C# / .NET / Azure / Typescript
Do you want to help shape a modern, scalable HR platform used by organisations worldwide?
At HR-ON we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to help build, maintain, and scale a mature SaaS platform using C#, .NET, Typescript and Azure. As the product is already live, a significant part of your work will focus on maintaining and improving existing systems, ensuring user experience, reliability and performance.
What You’ll Do- Design and build core services in C#, .NET and Typescript
- Model and optimise data in Azure, ensuring performance and reliability at scale.
- Develop and maintain REST endpoints that power our product features and partner integrations.
- Evolve the platform architecture for resilience, observability, and easy maintenance.
- Automate CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and champion clean-code practices through code reviews and pair-programming.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps peers to deliver end-to-end features that delight our users.
About You
You’re an experienced engineer who:
- Has built C#, .NET and REST services and integrated external systems, even if integrations aren’t your sole focus.
- Uses GitLab (or similar) for version control, CI, and automated tests.
- Thinks in terms of scalable, maintainable architecture and values knowledge-sharing with teammates.
Bonus Points
- Experience in managing teams and projects is an advantage.
- AWS infrastructure-as-code (CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Bash/Zsh scripting on *nix systems.
- A fondness for type-safe, declarative coding styles (e.g. fp-inspired TypeScript).
