Lem, DK: Application & Delivery Manager

Do you want to lead Baettr’s global application and data landscape?

We are looking for an ambitious Application & Delivery Manager to drive our application strategy, BI and data architecture, and delivery execution across our global IT organization.

You will be working from our headquarters in Lem, Denmark, but will be a part of a global team located at our sites in Europe and Asia.

The job opportunity

You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining a future-oriented application and data architecture. You will ensure that our IT solutions are selected and developed to represent the strongest and most effective options in each area, fully supporting Baettr’s strategic objectives and business needs.

You will lead and develop the Applications & Delivery team, working closely with our IT partners and serving as a key advisor to our Vice President - IT.

You will contribute by

• Defining and communicating Baettr’s application and data architecture roadmap, including business applications, integrations, BI platforms, and data models.
• Leading the Applications & Delivery team in delivering IT projects on time, on budget, and in alignment with business needs.
• Managing, coaching, and developing team members, ensuring clarity of ownership and strong collaboration across domains.
• Ensuring compliance with IT standards for lifecycle management, integrations, and security.

What makes you a great match

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field, who brings 7+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture.

Having a strong track record of working with Cloud/SaaS‑first architectures and implementing high‑quality application strategies that ensures the right solution for the business is important.
