AIV Systems Engineer for Space Inventor in Aalborg, Denmark

Your Responsibilities
- Perform AIV tasks, including assembly, integration, verification, and reporting results of satellites.
- Troubleshoot tests as well as mechanical and electrical issues; manage spacecraft parameter settings.
- Coordinate Non-Conformances with the Quality department.
- Oversee satellite integration at the launch site.
- Implement new AIT methods and tools to enhance processes.
- Support project reviews, risk assessments, and environmental testing.
- Develop and execute test plans, schedules, and system functional tests.
- Propose and drive process improvements for satellite AIV.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the space domain or other relevant field, ideally with expertise in environmental and launch test campaigns.
- Extensive knowledge in satellite qualification, acceptance testing, and production flow.
- Experience with MGSE/EGSE, functional testing, and AIV/AIT activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot AIT activities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on coordination with engineering and specialists.
- Python scripting skills are a valuable asset.
- Has an eye for detail and puts an honor into doing things right.
- Proficiency in English; another European language is an asset.
- Availability for regular international travel and occasional on-call support during test campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and lead knowledge sharing initiatives.
