Your mission is to: Lead and execute Denmark’s growth strategy, ensuring profitable market positioning and strong customer engagement Develop and implement Go-to-Market plans with clear budgets, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management Build a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and accountability Drive customer acquisition and strengthen relationships with key accounts through consultative selling Monitor P&L, KPIs, and market trends to ensure transparency and alignment with Group standards JOIN A TEAM OF MINDFUL ACHIEVERS You will lead a dedicated sales organization covering Power Consumption and Power Production. Your direct team consists of 8 experienced sales professionals in Supply, Production & Flexibility, ensuring seamless delivery and strong commercial alignment across the value chain. You are: An experienced B2B sales leader, ideally with energy sector knowledge, and a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams Able to lead sales performance management and hunting activities while driving the shift from transactional selling to solution- and value-based sales that deliver measurable customer impact Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and turning strategy into results, supported by strong KPI, CRM, and forecasting capabilities Curious and forward-thinking, staying ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities and create sustainable growth A clear communicator who motivates, influences, and builds strong relationships Fluent in English and experienced in working across Nordic markets, with a collaborative approach that connects Mind Energy entities We encourage candidates from all backgrounds and identities to apply, as we believe that a diverse team leads to innovation and success.
