Apply for this job KIRKBI Business Services is seeking an HR Consultant with solid HR expertise, who is ready to take on a role that combines operational excellence with value-adding HR services. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders and stakeholders across the ecosystem, including LEGO House, LEGO Foundation and others. Engaged team with a high focus on quality and collaboration You will be part of an experienced HR consultancy team of 7 people. Together with our Payroll team and Labour Relations we make up the Operational HR department of 14 people. As part of KIRKBI Business Services, we service KIRKBI Group companies in collaboration with IT and Operational Finance. Our HR team covers a wide range of skills and collaborates with a spirit of mutual respect and encouragement. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure professional, high-quality and consistent services and provide sparring to HR Business Partners, leaders etc. in the companies we support. Your tasks include, among other things: General support on the hire-to-retire processes and our HR annual cycle Participate in all stages of the recruitment process Take part in daily HR operational tasks, including drafting employment documents, handling on- and offboarding etc. Advise leaders and HR Business Partners on HR-related matters such as mobility and relocation Facilitate HR-related workshops and training sessions Operational HR professional with a curious attitude We are seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in a complex, and increasingly international environment, and who is ready to engage daily with many different stakeholders. The position requires a high degree of accountability and the ability to manage both quality and efficiency, while also ensuring that sensitive information is treated with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate possesses a service-minded attitude and is curious to explore new areas of work, while demonstrating a structured approach and attention to detail.
