This is a senior leadership role requiring strong engineering judgement, hands-on coordination, and absolute commitment to HSEQ and delivery excellence. The Role As E&C Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all Engineering & Construction activities are fully prepared onshore and executed offshore with the correct resources, materials, and engineering deliverables in place. You will lead and coordinate the work preparation team, acting as the central point of control between engineering, procurement, project controls, and offshore execution. Key Responsibilities Lead the full onshore E&C work preparation process for FMC additional works and campaigns Ensure all activities comply with TotalEnergies and Altrad specifications, procedures, and QHSE requirements Coordinate construction work preparation in line with project plans and delivery milestones Manage procurement of materials, plant, equipment, and engineering deliverables Review and comment on scopes of work (SOWs) and technical deliverables Lead progress reporting on E&C preparation activities Actively manage interfaces with subcontractors, third-party engineers, inspection bodies, and specialist vendors Identify, resolve, or escalate issues within the work preparation team Coach, mentor, and develop team members Maintain full HSEQ compliance across all work scopes Key Interfaces FMC Operations Manager FMC Project Controls Manager FMC Focal Points FMC Work Preparation personnel Subcontractors and third-party engineering and inspection vendors Experience & Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience in a construction engineering or engineering management role Strong understanding of engineering and construction industry processes and procedures Proven leadership experience within E&C work preparation environments High competence in Microsoft Office Experience using SAP Unisol Strong HSEQ mindset with demonstrable application in delivery roles What We’re Looking For A delivery-focused leader who takes ownership Strong communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders Someone who can keep work preparation tight, compliant, and on schedule Comfortable operating in high-expectation offshore environments Altrad Services A/S is a company that primarily deals with the maintenance of energy infrastructure.
