Your future team You will join an impactful team dedicated to creating digital solutions to support our Marketing, Sales and Customer Service functions in ROCKWOOL’s global markets. We are a diverse team of thirty colleagues being eight different nationalities and divided into four smaller specialist teams that focus on improving and building digital channels, ensuring outstanding customers interactions. You will be joining a team of three members, which focuses on the CRM, CPQ and Customer Service platforms at ROCKWOOL. We support more than 1500 users and covering up to 40 different countries, 7 brands and 3 different industries within our solutions. What you will be doing As our Product Owner for the global CRM platform, you will drive the roadmap and optimization of Dynamics 365 Sales, collaborating closely with sales directors, managers, and key stakeholders across the business. You’ll be at the centre of transforming and automating commercial processes, leveraging your expertise to identify new opportunities and implement AI-driven improvements. Your strategic vision and commercial approach will ensure our CRM empowers the markets (OPCOs) to increase pipeline effectiveness and enhance account management on a global scale. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales leadership to create commercial impact through improved revenue operations and sales enablement initiatives Own and evolve the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Dynamics 365 Sales, aligning stakeholders on priorities and business goals Identify, drive, and deliver on automation and process optimization initiatives to maximize CRM value and commercial impact Gather, refine, and prioritize ideas from diverse commercial teams, ensuring alignment with global strategies Ensure the adoption of AI, to enable sales to spend less time on administrative tasks, and spend more time with customers Constantly analyse CRM performance, user feedback, and market trends to shape ongoing improvements and capabilities Make clear and actionable plans for the key initiatives What you bring Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, overseeing complex CRM solutions—preferably Dynamics 365 Sales. Strong strategic thinking and ability to set vision and direction for enterprise-level products. Demonstrated success driving process optimization and automation within commercial or sales domains. Commercial mindset, able to collaborate at a senior level with sales directors and managers to deliver business value through revenue operations and sales enablement Solid understanding or hands-on experience with AI and prompt engineering as applied to business or CRM scenarios. Self-driven with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English Master’s degree within business, IT, Industrial Engineering and similar. Earlier knowledge within Microsoft D365 CE is considered a plus. Previous experience in a role as a consultant or advisor is endorsed.
