And do you thrive with quality control, quality plans and project lifecycles? Then you are the new employee we are looking for at Altrad Services A/S in Esbjerg. The job: Altrad is looking for a quality mechanical engineer who will be part of a strong professional team, reporting to the Quality Manager. You will work from the office in Esbjerg with primary focus on our project activities in close corporation with both internal resources and our client Total Energies. After a thorough introduction to the organization in general and subsequently the QHSE department, your primary tasks will be: Advise project management and procurement staff of technical requirements, codes and standards, legislative and contractual requirements in the Supplier Technical Specifications Conduct supplier quality audits and support supply chain QA process Conduct supplier CIC (Certificate of Inspection Control) prior to delivery Project quotation support Technical Queries and Concessions with clients and Altrad resources Assess that proposed suppliers have the required approvals Supporting Project Maturation by: Support review and approval of ITPs provided by subcontractors Arrange and coordinate work package discipline reviews as appropriate Quality onboarding and training of the company's employees and subcontractors Ensuring quality records and AsBuilt documentation are collated and reviewed Supporting Project Execution by: Controlling the NCR process, conduct root cause investigations, propose CAPA implementation off changes as appropriate and close out follow up Participate in Client / Subcontractor quality meetings Your profile: You probably hold a similar position with years of experience, and a strong track record. You are knowledgeable within ISO standards and relevant legislation. Knowledge of Total Energies offshore installations will be a benefit, and your approach to IT systems is strong, including the use of MS Office and HSE systems. As a team player you have a positive approach to people, and have a high degree of empathy for other people and are good at collaboration. As a person, you thrive on structure and systematicity. You are initiative and are able to independently launch new projects and campaigns, and work well both team oriented and independently. It is expected that you are fluent in both Danish and English at a professional level.
