As part of this growth, we are looking to expand our Quality team to support our increasing project portfolio. Driving the development of project quality Together with your colleagues, you will be leading the quality activities on our customer delivery projects. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that we are compliant with the requirements in the contracts and that project teams are working in accordance with our project model. Your primary tasks will be: Review of project contracts to ensure that all relevant quality requirements are identified and cascaded. Assist the tender process by ensuring that the quality demands in the contract are aligned with internal processes or capabilities. Ensure adherence to the Quality Management Plan to secure consistent quality execution throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver input to our Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 and project specific requirements. Control project progression as Gate Keeper for stage transitions to ensure compliance with defined criteria. Drive the development of procedures and quality standards to ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislation, regulations and best practices. Perform internal and external audits to assess and improve overall quality. Support the handling of customer claims to ensure structured processing and effective resolution. Lead and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address root causes and prevent recurrence. As all projects involve many different engineering and production disciplines, you will naturally establish a close collaboration with colleagues across the organization. Proactive and hands-on approach You have experience working with quality in a project driven organization with customer specific projects, preferably in an industry similar to ours. You have the ability to drive the long-term perspective and process optimization within quality management while still being hands-on in the day-to-day activities in the project. Furthermore, your profile includes several of the points below: A relevant educational background, preferably within engineering. Professional experience with ISO 9000 and AQAP quality systems, continuous improvement tools, statistical principles and applications. An ability to communicate across all levels both towards technical colleagues as well as senior management. A sense of urgency and with the ability to push the quality agenda forward internally. Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Your new team You will operate in a newly established matrix organization in a Program structure with several projects in each, ensuring flexibility, knowledge sharing, and strong project outcomes.
