Can you organize your tasks independently and contribute to developing and further digitizing our finance function? Then you may be one of two accounting specialists we’re looking for on an interim basis during our colleagues maternity-leave. You will play an important role in: Your tasks will be focusing on collecting receivables, obtaining documentation and assisting with and improving these processes in collaboration with colleagues. This position offers an exciting and varied set of tasks within various areas such as: Day-to-day account receivables bookkeeping tasks. Processing customer payments and following up on outstanding balances, including regular dunning where needed. Communication with customers AP-department. General bookkeeping tasks as clearing and provisions. Supporting month-end closing and reconciliations. Ad hoc accounting tasks. We work on problem-solving across the organization and where we engage in close dialogue with colleagues and customers worldwide. We imagine that you: Have 5 - 7 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounting Specialist, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable. Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and comfortable working in an international environment. Have solid experience with SAP; SAP skills are considered a strong advantage. Are proficient in Office 365 applications, particularly Excel. Possess a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Are service-minded with well-developed communication skills. Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping. Are able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
