In this role, you aren’t just a "reporter" you are a strategic navigator for our Operations (Logistics/Supply Chain) and Wholesale teams. Based in our Copenhagen HQ, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that drive our global performance. The role acts as a strategic finance partner to both Operations and Wholesale, supporting leadership in evaluating risks, trade-offs, and business decisions. It is responsible for driving performance analysis across key areas such as inventory, product profitability, and overall supply chain efficiency, including inbound and outbound flows as well as cost of goods sold. The position also supports wholesale growth by monitoring commercial performance and order book development, helping to optimize geographic pricing strategies and margin performance. In addition, the role drives operational excellence by developing and maintaining KPIs, dashboards (including Power BI reporting), and governance frameworks that provide transparency and insights across the global value chain. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS To succeed in this role, you bring the following professional foundation 3-5 years of proven experience within Finance, FP&A, or Business Partnering. You understand the mechanics of a P&L and how operational drivers impact the bottom line. Experience from Retail, Fashion, or FMCG is highly preferred. You should understand the nuances of inventory management, seasonal cycles, and wholesale dynamics. MSc in Economics (e.g., cand.merc., cand.oecon.) or equivalent; HD-R is also accepted. Technical & Analytical Prowess You are an advanced Excel user and comfortable building robust, scalable financial models that others can easily navigate and understand. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage. You know how to design a dashboard that tells a story at a glance. Familiarity with modern ERP systems is a plus, specifically regarding order-to-cash and supply chain modules.
