This role bridges OT and IT, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards, and collaborating with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers to deliver impactful and sustainable OT solutions. Welcome to CC PL Architecture You’ll be part of the ServiceNow delivery organisation where you, together with your colleagues, will will support the implementation of ServiceNow in our production environments. You’ll collaborate with architects across Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia, and work closely with product teams and governance functions. As a team, we support each other, share knowledge openly, and celebrate diverse perspectives to build innovative solutions that make a real impact across our global architecture community. You’ll play an important role in: Contributing to the design and architecture of ServiceNow Operational Technology (OT) solutions, including OT CMDB, OT Service Management (OTSM), and OT Vulnerability Response (OTVR), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and OT security standards Supporting integration of ServiceNow with OT systems to build a complete and accurate OT asset inventory and ensure compliance with IT/OT security requirements Helping develop architectural documentation, patterns, and governance processes to support long-term maintainability and platform integrity Providing technical input during implementations to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with platform best practices Collaborating with enterprise architecture and governance teams to ensure compliance with OT/IT security standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIS2, NERC CIP) Working closely with global architecture and governance teams to ensure strategic alignment with Ørsted’s standards. To succeed in the role, you: Have experience working with ServiceNow Operational Technology modules in a production environment (e.g., OTM, OTSM, OTVR), or strong familiarity with these areas and a willingness to grow into the role Have solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and how they can be adapted for OT environments Had exposure to designing integrations between ServiceNow and external OT systems to support accurate OT CMDB data Are familiar with OT/ICS networks, industrial protocols, and security standards, and an understanding of network segmentation models such as ISA 95 / Purdue Are able to communicate architectural decisions clearly to technical teams and stakeholders across OT, IT, and compliance Have understanding of ServiceNow governance, licensing models, and cost optimization, with a mindset toward maintaining platform integrity across business areas.
