In this key leadership role, you will manage multiple R&D departments and experts, ensure high-quality technical documentation, and drive the development of solutions that create a strong market preference for Everllence products. As a member of the Propeller Management Team, you will play a central role in shaping strategic initiatives, financial targets, and the technological advancement of our propeller business. You will play an important role in: Lead and manage department leaders, experts, and engineers within Propeller R&D. Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and development of personnel. Prioritize new R&D projects and ensure cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with Sales to provide coordinated and accurate technical support throughout the sales lifecycle Strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders such as shipyards and customers. Contribute to strategic planning and the development of financial goals for the Propeller business. Drive innovation by leading and prioritizing R&D initiatives aligned with customer needs and industry trends. We imagine that you: Proven experience in technical leadership roles, preferably within marine, mechanical, or related industries. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. Deep understanding of technical documentation, quotations, and promotional materials. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of specialists and engineers.
