About the role We are on an exciting journey working on some of the largest and most advanced projects in NNE's history. We are expecting our workload to increase drastically, and therefore we are now looking to grow our team of Project Quality Engineers within the Automation and IT area. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will define, coordinate, and manage quality activities across design, construction, testing, and verification on large-scale pharma engineering projects. You will help shape and refine internal procedures and processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and effective oversight of AIT deliverables within automation, IT, and software. Location Denmark - Kalundborg Experience Minimum 4 Years Department AIT Project Quality Management How you might spend your days As an AIT Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team were, you’ll be: Overall responsibility for AIT quality deliverables and adherence to QMS roles and OV requirements. Driving project quality activities in large, complex, and cross-disciplinary projects. Developing and implementing project verification strategies including alignment with the customer’s quality system and validation concept. All in the field of Automation and IT. Ensuring compliance with procedures and specifications. PQM manages the DER track (Design Engineering Review), leads meetings, and ensures quality, documentation, and follow-up. Preparing and maintain SQP, PVP, and other quality planning documents. Ensuring correct FAT/SAT/UAT, approval of protocols, deviation handling, and traceability. Closing alignme nt with QE, SME, Engineering Management, WPO, PM, and NN QA. Operational Verification, Quality Planning, Supplier Quality, Test and documentation management. Implementing OV strategy, ensure QMS compliance, and manage quality activities throughout the project lifecycle. PQM contributes to development, learning tracks, competence development, and well-being in the AIT Q team. Who you are We care about who you are as a person. What you bring to the role In all positions, there are some things that are preferred, and others, a bonus. If you do not meet all the qualifications listed below, you are welcome to offer alternative experience that you think would be valuable in this role: You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical production, or similar. You have experience with quality planning, verification, and validation, in the life science/biotech industry. Preferably within API. You have solid experience within compliance and qualification (e.g. GxP regulations, Data Integrity requirements, GAMP5, Computer System Validation, ASTM E2500) . Proficient in stakeholder management, coordination, risk management, alignment, and quality assurance of deliverables. You are fluent in spoken and written English. Why choose NNE?
