Join a strong team in a central finance function You will be part of our Accounts Payable department within Finance, based at our headquarters in Esbjerg. The team currently consists of 32 dedicated colleagues supporting Blue Water Shipping Group across both national and international operations. We operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing processes and ensuring high standards in our accounts payable function. Your key responsibilities As our new Accounts Payable Controller, your main tasks will include: Driving optimization and standardization of global accounts payable processes Managing invoice processing through automated workflow systems Reconciling supplier statements (SOA) and ensuring accuracy Performing internal controls and contributing to financial reporting Handling inquiries from colleagues and suppliers in a professional manner Maintaining and updating supplier master data Processing expense claims and travel expenses Your profile We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in accounts payable, preferably from a larger, international organization. You are structured, detail-oriented, and motivated by improving processes and creating efficient workflows. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clear overview, even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously. We expect that you: Have strong experience with accounts payable processes and invoice handling Possess solid IT skills, particularly in Excel Are fluent in English, both written and spoken Have strong collaboration and communication skills Are able to create structure and maintain accuracy under pressure What we offer?
