About the position DLG is on an ambitious digital transformation journey, moving from fragmented legacy landscape toward a more integrated, scalable, and future-proof application architecture. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a central role in defining DLG’s enterprise target Architecture and establishing strong architectural practices across the organisation. You will act as the primary owner and focal point for our enterprise architecture repository (e.g. LeanIX) and ensure transparency of both the current and future application landscape. In this role you will operate as a trusted advisor across Group IT and the business, driving architectural governance, priorities, and direction. You will lead simplification, modernization, and interoperability initiatives across our business areas, Food, Energy, and Housing, with a strong focus on seamless integration between applications, platforms, and our Enterprise Data Platform. In this role you will: Set and maintain DLG’s enterprise target architecture and architectural principles Drive the modernisation journey from legacy systems towards a composable, API- and event-driven architecture Ensure strong integration between core systems, platforms, and the Enterprise Data Platform Define and govern architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps aligned with DLG’s strategic priorities Support data-driven architecture initiatives and analytics Facilitate architecture governance and cross-domain alignment across Group IT and business units Contribute architectural insights to portfolio planning and communicate complex topics effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Guide ERP, CRM, integration, and platform teams towards the target architecture About you We imagine that you: Have 7-10 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture within large or complex organisations Strong experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or similar - and the ability to apply them pragmatically to drive business outcomes Deep understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and complex enterprise IT landscapes Experience with ERP (preferably SAP), CRM, and API/event-driven integrations Hands-on experience with architecture governance and documentation platforms, ideally with LeanIX or another EA tool An analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Excellent communication skills in English (Danish and/or German is an advantage) What we offer At DLG, you will step into a strategic role with significant influence on the future Digital & IT landscape.
