As part of Global IT, you will work closely with business stakeholders, partners, and customers to deliver solutions that directly support Milestone’s commercial processes and make a real impact on how we operate globally. Why this role matters In this position, you will contribute to the development and modernization of applications and services that deliver complex functionality to both internal and external users. These solutions include hardware configuration calculators, training environment provisioning tools, and product download management systems. Currently, many of these services run on IIS-based virtual servers. Your mission will be to help transform them into scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions built on modern Azure serverless architecture. This role requires proficiency across the full stack, with a clear emphasis on backend technologies, combined with experience in React and an understanding of modern cloud-based application patterns. What you’ll be doing Back-End Development Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs, with a strong focus on Azure serverless technologies. Front-End Development Build and maintain user-facing features using the React framework. Collaboration Work closely with product managers, designers, architects, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality, business-critical applications. Scalability & Performance Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. Code Quality Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with architectural best practices. Code Reviews Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive, valuable feedback. Troubleshooting & Debugging Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues across the full application stack. Continuous Improvement Stay up to date with emerging tools, cloud capabilities, and industry trends to continuously strengthen our technical landscape. What we are looking for Education bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development. T echnical Skills Strong backend development experience, ideally with .NET or similar technologies Experience with Azure serverless architecture (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL) Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices Proficiency in JavaScript and React Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Experience with GitHub or other version control systems Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience working in Agile development environments Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, clear communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
