About the role As Solution Architect at IFDK, you will take ownership of the organisation’s overall solution architecture across systems, data, and integrations. You will work closely with both business stakeholders and technical specialists, ensuring that the architecture supports operational excellence while enabling future growth. Your responsibilities will include: Defining and evolving the overall architecture across systems, data, and integrations Identifying scalability challenges in the current setup and redesigning solutions Establishing principles for how applications and data interact Advising on technology decisions (build vs. buy vs. integrate) Translating business needs into robust, scalable solutions Ensuring governance, security, and compliance are embedded in the architecture Desirably experience from the financial sector You will be part of the Technology & Operations team, a growing group of specialists within architecture, data, processes, and IT security. The role offers broad stakeholder interaction and high organisational visibility. IFDK operates within a modern, cloud-based environment, including the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, and M365) as well as various SaaS platforms and data solutions. Your profile IFDK is looking for an experienced Solution Architect who thrives in complex environments and can balance business needs with technical possibilities. Professional competencies: Strong experience in designing and integrating complex systems Experience working with cloud-based and hybrid architectures Solid understanding of data architecture, integrations, and scalability Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance Personal competencies: Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Microsoft technologies is an advantage, but not a requirement.
