At Weibel, we are looking for a Program Quality Engineer to help further strengthen and develop quality discipline, governance and execution across our radar programs and customer projects. You will join a truly international, technology driven company delivering advanced Doppler radar solutions to customers worldwide. Our continued growth and increasing program complexity demand strong quality leadership, embedded where decisions are made and execution happens. Driving quality across programs and projects As Program Quality Engineer, you are an integrated part of the program and project organisation, working closely with Project Management, R&D, Procurement, Production and suppliers. Your role is to ensure that products are verified, validated and delivered in accordance with defined requirements - customer specific, contractual and regulatory. You operate with professional authority and act as a quality partner who supports progress, while ensuring adherence to standards and processes. Your responsibilities include: Plan, coordinate and execute Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for products and subsystems Ensure structured breakdown and traceability of customer requirements into technical and supplier specific requirements Establish, maintain and execute Quality Management Plans (QMPs) for programs and projects Review and contribute to technical documentation, including VCRM, V&V documentation and design documentation Drive quality activities in the supplier domain, including participation in PDR, CDR, FAI and supplier audits Act as the quality interface towards customers and contribute to recurring quality discussions Ensure quality and configuration control across mechanical, software and other product defining elements Drive Lessons Learned and systematic follow up as part of continuous improvement Work closely with Project Managers to align quality activities with program and project execution Professional, structured and strong in stakeholder interaction You have solid experience working with project quality in a technical, project driven environment and are comfortable operating where complexity, time pressure and stakeholder interests converge. You bring a strong governance mindset and are able to create clarity, structure and progress without losing sight of delivery. Your profile likely includes: Proven experience with verification & validation, supplier quality and technical problem solving Strong understanding of quality governance and the discipline required to ensure compliance in complex programs The ability to challenge constructively and act with professional authority towards both internal and external stakeholders A structured and decisive approach, with the confidence to act when standards must be upheld A relevant technical or engineering based educational background Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken Your new team You will be part of Weibel’s growing Quality function and work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation. You will operate in a newly established matrix organization in a Program structure with several projects in each, ensuring flexibility, knowledge sharing, and strong project outcomes.
