Do you want to play a key role in the further development of our product portfolio of marine engines? If so, we're looking for a new colleague to join our Four-stroke Small Bore Engine Design Department. In this position, you'll be involved in all aspects of engine design across our portfolio of four-stroke medium speed engines. You will play an important role in: Cross functional lead mechanical design engineer on specific area(s) Actively participates & contribute to various development activities FEM/CFD assessment of mechanical engine components within our adv. calculation team Participate in troubleshooting and analytic activities Communication with sub-suppliers, licensees and end customers Managing design activities, tasks & sub-projects timely We imagine that you have: A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (Mechanical engineer, or similar.) A well-structured, self-organized and self-motivated work profile The ability to navigate in a larger organization and in a license business Experience with FEM/CFD calculation Knowledge of combustion engines and experience with product development Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential for this role Welcome to Four-Stroke Small-Bore Business and Engineering You will join a team that develops and delivers efficient and reliable small-bore four-stroke engines for power production and propulsion to the global maritime industry.
