Location: Aarhus eller København Som AI Engineer hos Columbus spiller du en nøglerolle i at designe, bygge og levere enterprise-grade generative AI-løsninger til vores kunder. Din styrke ligger i at oversætte forretningsbehov og domæneviden til velfungerende teknisk arkitektur, og i selvstændigt at tage et projekt fra idé til produktion på tværs af både frontend, backend og AI-laget. Vi er teknologi-agnostiske og arbejder både med platforms-baseret AI (fx low-code copilots og agent-platforme) og custom-byggede løsninger, hvor vi går dybt i koden. Vi vælger den rette tilgang ud fra kundens behov, ikke ud fra en bestemt leverandør. Du arbejder tæt sammen med kunder, konsulenter og tekniske teams og er bindeleddet mellem forretningens sprog og det tekniske håndværk. Sådan ser din hverdag ud Bygger end-to-end løsninger som full-stack udvikler, fra brugergrænseflade og API'er til datalag og AI-orkestrering Designer prompt-strukturer, RAG-setups og agent-arkitekturer der virker pålideligt i produktion Oversætter forretningsprocesser, regler og domæneviden til strukturerede tekniske specifikationer og kontekst der driver AI-løsninger Driver dine egne projekter med ordentlig versionering, kodekvalitet og dokumentation, du arbejder disciplineret i Git og kan stå på egne ben fra dag ét Bygger både på etablerede AI-platforme og custom-løsninger, afhængigt af hvad der skaber mest værdi for kunden Faciliterer workshops omkring analyse, design, test og løbende forbedring af AI-løsninger Agerer trusted advisor og guider kunder mod robuste, fremtidssikrede AI-løsninger med tydelig forretningsværdi Hvorfor det her er en exceptionel mulighed Du kommer til at arbejde med ambitiøse kunder på tværs af brancher og være med til at forme, hvordan de adopterer generativ AI som en kerne-del af deres forretning. Du bliver involveret i alt fra tidlig AI-rådgivning og proof-of-concepts til skalerbare produktionsløsninger, og du bliver en del af et stærkt, samarbejdende community med fokus på AI, data og innovation, hvor tillid, fleksibilitet og videndeling er fundamentet. Vi bliver begejstrede, hvis du har nogle af følgende kompetencer: Erfaring som full-stack udvikler, du er fortrolig med både frontend, backend, API-design og datamodellering Erfaring med generativ AI, prompt engineering, RAG-arkitekturer eller agent-baserede løsninger i enterprise- eller kundenære settings Stærk evne til at oversætte forretningskrav og domæneviden til strukturerede tekniske løsninger og skalerbar AI-kontekst Solid forståelse af large language models og ansvarlig anvendelse i forretningsløsninger Disciplineret tilgang til projektarbejde, du tager ejerskab, arbejder professionelt med Git og versionering, og kan strukturere dit arbejde uden mikromanagement Erfaring med både platforms-baseret AI og custom-udvikling, eller lyst til at bygge bredt på tværs af domænet Komfortabel med at facilitere workshops og samarbejde med både forretnings- og tekniske stakeholders Flydende i dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt Become a part of Columbus You can easily apply by connecting your LinkedIn or by uploading a CV via the link.
