Vi sikrer stabil strømforsyning, køl og drift af tekniske anlæg for blandt andet datacentre, hospitaler og industrikunder. Vores specialister arbejder med nødstrøm, UPS, generatorer, kritisk køl og ventilation - og vi oplever stor efterspørgsel på vores serviceydelser. Derfor søger vi nu en energisk og relationsstærk Account Manager til vores serviceforretning - med base i enten Roskilde, Odense eller Aarhus. Rollen - sælg driftssikkerhed og langsigtede relationer Som Account Manager får du en central rolle i at hjælpe vores kunder med at være proaktive i driften af deres tekniske anlæg. Du arbejder tæt sammen med teknikere og kolleger i salgsorganisationen og får ansvar for din egen kundeportefølje. Du trives i dialogen med kunderne, er nysgerrig på deres forretning og god til at omsætte behov til konkrete serviceløsninger - uanset om du taler med teknikere, indkøbere eller ledelsen. Dine primære opgaver: Drive hele salgsprocessen på serviceaftaler, herunder identificering af potentielle kunder og første opsøgende kontakt til underskrevet aftale og efterfølgende implementering Pleje og udvikle din egen kundeportefølje Følge op på leads (bl.a. fra vores teknikere) Booke og gennemføre kundemøder (eksisterende og nye kunder) Udarbejde tilbud, løsningsforslag og servicekontrakter Rådgive kunder om tekniske service- og vedligeholdelsesløsninger Opfølgning på pipeline, budget og resultater Samarbejde tæt med teknikere og projektledere Du får grundig onboarding, adgang til CRM, tilbudsskabeloner, standardkontrakter og deltager i fælles kundebesøg - så du hurtigt bliver tryg i rollen og kan fokusere på salget. Hvem er du? Vi forestiller os, at du er i starten eller midten af din salgskarriere og motiveres af kundekontakt, relationsopbygning og resultater. Du har ca. 2+ års erfaring med B2B-salg - gerne af serviceydelser eller tekniske løsninger Du er udadvendt, nysgerrig og elsker at tale med kunder Du har kommerciel forståelse og interesse for tekniske løsninger Du arbejder struktureret og følger tingene helt i mål Du motiveres af at skabe resultater og opbygge langsigtede relationer Du trives i et højt tempo og tager ansvar for dine opgaver Din uddannelsesbaggrund er ikke afgørende - det vigtigste er dit drive og din indstilling Uanset om du kommer fra en teknisk, håndværksmæssig eller kommerciel baggrund, sørger vi for, at du får den nødvendige viden.
