Are you a strong leader with a passion for finance, customer service, and people development? At HAVI Denmark in Vejle, we’re looking for a Team Leader to head our Admin Service department and drive our customer partnerships and internal success forward.

About the Role
As Team Leader for our Admin Service department, you will lead two dedicated teams – Bookkeeping and Payroll – a total of 8 employees. You will be supported by a team leader for the Payroll team, while having a more hands-on role in the Bookkeeping team. These teams deliver high-quality financial and payroll services to our franchise customers across Denmark. Your role is both strategic and operational, focused on developing the department, delivering outstanding service, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and customer agreements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, develop, and support two teams within bookkeeping and payroll administration
• Act as primary point of contact for customer relationships – ensuring retention, satisfaction, and potential growth
• Drive performance, set goals, and oversee the execution of daily operations
• Ensure quality in financial and payroll processes in accordance with current legislation and collective agreements
• Support and advise customers on topics such as tax, accounting, and financial planning
• Contribute to ongoing development of tools, processes, and workflows
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and key stakeholders
• Represent the department towards internal leadership and external authorities

Who You Are

Your Profile
• A degree in finance or accounting
• Solid leadership experience in financial operations or customer-oriented businesses
• Preferably a background from accounting firms
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and individuals
• Strong advisory skills within financial management, tax, and compliance
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English
• Strong sense of structure, quality, and service excellence
