UI/UX Designer - B2B SaaS

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us at our Odense office as we build our B2B SaaS platform from the ground up. As our UI/UX Designer, you'll have the rare opportunity to shape product design decisions from day one. This isn't just a design role - it's a chance to be a key player in a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts our success.

• With direct report to our CPO, you'll own the design process from research to final implementation with direct impact on product direction
• Design intuitive, self-service user interfaces that enable product-led growth
• Work directly with founders and engineering team to bring ideas to life quickly
• Build and evolve our design system from scratch as the company scales
• Conduct user research and testing with early customers to validate design decisions
• Create dashboards and data visualizations that make complex information accessible
• Design onboarding flows and activation experiences that drive user adoption
• Take initiative on design projects without waiting for detailed specs - entrepreneurial mindset required
• Contribute to product strategy discussions and help shape our roadmap

• Entrepreneurial spirit and drive - you thrive in fast-paced environments where you own outcomes
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process for SaaS products
• Experience designing for product-led growth (PLG) products is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools - you can move fast and iterate quickly
• Experience designing self-service onboarding, activation flows, and in-app guidance
• Understanding of SaaS metrics (activation, retention, feature adoption)
• Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need hand-holding
• Comfortable with building processes from scratch
• Strong communication skills - you can advocate for design decisions and collaborate across functions
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and go beyond traditional design scope when needed
• Located in or willing to relocate to Odense, Denmark
